1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and herbal products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or partially used products for safety and hygiene reasons.
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, leaked, or broken.
- The product received is incorrect (wrong item delivered).
- The product is expired at the time of delivery.
2. Return Request Timeline
- Any return or refund request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Customers must provide clear images or videos of the damaged, incorrect, or expired product along with the outer packaging.
Requests raised after this period may not be eligible for return or refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Opened or used Ayurvedic products
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
- Products purchased during sale or promotional offers (unless damaged or incorrect)
- Free samples or complimentary items
4. Refund Process
- Once your return request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Replacement Policy
- In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
- Replacement products will be shipped after verification of the return request.
6. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
